Chunky Salsa with Mango, Pineapple and Red Jalapeno Peppers

Our salsa is made with hot green chiles from hatch valley that are fire roasted and then combined with tomatillos and lime juice for a perfect salsa. Enjoy on its own with tortilla chips, spread on a turkey sandwich or use as an excellent addition to soups and stews.
Pineapple salsa is ideal in stir fry, or as a complement to chicken or pork. It adds zest to tacos, quesadilas or curries. It can be used as a garnish over seafood, or over cream cheese with crackers.
