Recruitment of overseas Korean youth participants for a cultural experience program in their home country hosted by Gyeongsangnam-do
Gyeongsangnam-do Province to host homeland cultural experience program for overseas Korean teenagers
Gyeongsangnam-do Province in South Korea announced that it will conduct a homeland cultural experience program for overseas Korean teenagers. Interested participants are encouraged to refer to “the attached recruitment notice” for further details.
The program will run from July 24 to July 28, 2023, for a total of four nights and five days, and will take place throughout Gyeongsangnam-do Province. The program is open to around 15 overseas Korean teenagers born between 2005 and 2010.
Participants will receive support for round-trip airfare (50% of the international flight), accommodations, transportation, and other expenses incurred during their stay in the province. The main contents of the program will include exploring Korean history and traditional culture, experiencing nature and cultural arts in Gyeongsangnam-do Province, and visiting major industrial facilities.
