후쿠시마 원전 오염수 방류 반대 시위
윤석열정권 출범 1년 만에 자유와 민주주의는 파괴되고, 역사는 어두운 과거로 돌아가고 있습니다. 지금부터라도 이를 저지하지 않으면 우리 국민은 더 위태로운 재앙을 피하기 어려울 것입니다.
After one year since the inauguration of the Yoon Seok-yeol regime, freedom and democracy are being destroyed, and history is regressing to a dark past. If we do not stop this now, our people will find it difficult to avoid further precarious disasters.
이에 전쟁위기와 검찰독재를 막기 위해 지난 3월 5일 뜻을 같이 하는 많은 분들과 함께 서울 본부와 협의하여 “뉴욕·뉴저지 비상시국회의”가 출범하였습니다. 많은 민주 동포 여러분들의 참여를 호소합니다.
To prevent a crisis of war and prosecutorial dictatorship, on March 5th, we collaborated with many like-minded individuals and established the New York and New Jersey Emergency Action Congress (the NNEAC) in consultation with the Seoul headquarters. We appeal for the participation of many democratic compatriots.
뉴욕·뉴저지 비상시국회의 New York·New Jersey Emergency Action Congress (The NNEAC)
뉴욕·뉴저지 비상시국회의는 지난 4월15일 토요일 7시, 맨하튼 한인타운에서 집회를 열었다. 한반도의 전쟁위기 저지와 후쿠시마 원전 방사능오염수가 방류될 경우 한국은 물론 3개월 내에 미국 해안선에도 도달하는 심각한 위험을 안고 있다. 비상시국회의는 이에 대한 반대 시위를 매주 토요일 7시 계속해 나갈 것이다.
On April 15th, Saturday at 7 pm, the NNEAC held a rally in Manhattan’s Koreatown. Korea faces a crisis of war and the danger of radioactive contamination from Fukushima’s discharged water, which poses a serious threat not only to Korea but also to the US coastline within three months. The NNEAC will continue to hold weekly protests against this issue every Saturday at 7 pm.
