- Feature: Bright and ruddy in color, hot spicy and tender in taste.
- Direction: Cut 400-500g tofu into 2cm cubes for preparation, put 50g vegetable oil and heat, add a bag of seasoning for frying well; then mix water or soup with tofu for stewing. Better flavor for a little fresh onion.
- Direction: Put 50g vegetable oil into a pot and heat till 80°C, fry a bag of seasoning for 30 seconds, add 800-1000g water to heat for boiling. Then put the prepared fish slices into pot and cook to be well done (the water should cover over the fish).
