2023 Istanbul SNS Supporters Recruitment Notice (1st term)

ㅇ 인원: 12명 (튀르키예 거주 튀르키예인 및 한국인, 한국거주 튀르키예인 모두 신청 가능)
ㅇ 한국에 관심이 있고, 디지털 콘텐츠(카드뉴스, 비디오, 웹툰, 그래픽 이미지 등) 제작이 가능한 분
ㅇ 만 18세 이상 관할지 거주 현지인 및 한국인 유학생, 한국 거주 현지인
ㅇ (우대사항)한국어 우수자 및 동영상, 웹툰 형식 콘텐츠 제출자
- 활동기간 및 내용
ㅇ 활동기간: 2023년 4월 – 11월 (7개월)
ㅇ 매 월 콘텐츠 제작 계획 수립을 위한 회의 참석(온라인, 오프라인 하이브리드 형식)
ㅇ 5개 분야(한국어, 전통문화, 대중문화, 인터뷰, 공관 행사)에 관련된 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 및 공관 SNS 게시(주1-2회)
- 세부 주제는 월별 회의를 통해 선정
ㅇ 당관이 주최하거나 참여하는 행사에 참석하여 관련 컨텐츠 제작
- 컨텐츠는 튀르키예어 또는 한국어로 제작
- 컨텐츠는 당관 홈페이지, 페이스북 및 인스타그램에 게시 예정
- 세부 제작 방식 및 일정은 당관 담당자와 협의하에 결정

ㅇ 2023년 4월 9일(일)까지 구글 설문지(https://forms.gle/7cUSVZfZ38xx7WDL6)로 지원서 양식 제출 후, 직접 제작한 콘텐츠를 메일(istkorekulturu@gmail.com)로 송부
콘텐츠 주제 : 주이스탄불총영사관 주최 문화 행사 또는 한국 관련 내용
콘텐츠 형식 : 카드뉴스, 비디오, 웹툰, 그래픽 이미지 등(자유형식)
- 이메일 제목에 “2023 이스탄불 SNS서포터즈 1기 지원(지원자 성명)” 명기 요망
- 구글 설문지 지원서에 작성한 메일과 동일한 메일으로 보낼 것 / 메일 본문에 구글 설문지 지원서 제출 여부 표기
- 저작권에 유의하여 콘텐츠를 제작할 것
ㅇ 서류전형 합격자는 개별로 연락 예정

- Selection Criteria and Eligibility
- Participants: 12 individuals (Türkiye residents of Türkiye and Korean residents of Türkiye and Korea may apply)
- Applicants who have an interest in Korea and can produce digital content such as card news, videos, webtoons, and graphic images
- Applicants must be over 18 years old and either local residents or Korean students studying abroad
- (Preferred) Applicants with excellent Korean language skills and those who have submitted content in the format of videos or webtoons.
- Program Duration and Content
- Program Duration: April to November 2023 (7 months)
- Monthly attendance at meetings to establish content production plans (hybrid format of online and offline)
- Production of digital content related to five fields (Korean language, traditional culture, popular culture, interviews, and public events) and posting on the SNS of the public consulate (1-2 times a week)
- Detailed topics will be selected through monthly meetings.
- Attendance at events hosted or participated by the consulate to produce related content
- Content should be produced in Türkiye or Korean.
- The content will be posted on the consulate’s website, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Detailed production methods and schedules will be decided in consultation with the consulate’s responsible person.
- Support for operating the consulate’s SNS (Instagram)
- Required Documents and Application Procedure
- Submit the application form via Google Form (https://forms.gle/7cUSVZfZ38xx7WDL6) by April 9, 2023 (Sunday), and send the self-produced content directly to the email (istkorekulturu@gmail.com).
- Content topics: Cultural events hosted by the Consulate General in Istanbul or content related to Korea
- Content formats: Card news, videos, webtoons, graphic images, etc. (free format)
- In the email subject line, write “2023 Istanbul SNS Supporters 1st Generation Application (Applicant’s Name).”
- Send the email to the same email address used in the Google Form application.
- Specify in the email whether you have submitted the application form via Google Form.
- Be mindful of copyright when producing content.
- Individuals who pass the document screening will be contacted separately.
