다만, 해외에서 신규 감염증이 발생할 경우에는 일본 입국에 대한 검역 조치가 강화될 수 있습니다. 또한, 5월 8일 이전에 일본에 입국하는 사람들은 유효한 코로나19 백신 접종증명서 또는 출국 전 72시간 이내 PCR 검사 음성증명서가 필요합니다.
동시에 일본 정부는 신규 감염증의 유입을 모니터링하기 위해 하네다공항, 나리타공항 등 주요 5개 공항에서 발열 등 유증상자를 대상으로 임의의 게놈 분석을 실시할 계획입니다.
